Shipping Policy

Every Casemiri order is carefully prepared in Italy and shipped directly from our Italian warehouse. From preparation to delivery, we are committed to providing a precise, secure service that reflects the Casemiri experience.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 24-48 business hours of order confirmation. During periods of particularly high demand or around public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Destinations and Delivery Times

Italy
Delivery generally takes place within 1-2 business days from the time of shipment. Islands, remote areas or locations that are more difficult to reach may require slightly longer delivery times.

European Union
Delivery generally takes place within 2-3 business days from the time of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and destination.

United States
Delivery generally takes place within 2-4 business days from the time of shipment via tracked international service. Any import procedures or checks may result in additional delivery time.

Australia
Delivery generally takes place within 2-4 business days from the time of shipment via tracked international service. Any import procedures or checks may result in additional delivery time.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to the destination, public holidays, periods of high demand, weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond Casemiri’s control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Italy: free shipping on all orders.
  • European Union: free shipping on all orders.
  • United States: free shipping on orders of $250 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs $35.
  • Australia: free shipping on orders of A$350 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs A$45.

Any shipping costs applicable to the order are always displayed before the purchase is completed.

4. Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

United States
Casemiri shipments to the United States are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Any duties and import charges related to the shipment are handled by Casemiri and will not be charged to the customer upon delivery.

This allows the order to be received without unexpected import charges being requested by the courier upon delivery.

Australia
Orders shipped to Australia are subject to the tax and customs regulations applicable in the country. Any taxes, duties or other charges required under Australian regulations will be applied in accordance with the rules in force at the time of purchase or importation.

The DDP terms applied to shipments to the United States do not automatically apply to shipments to Australia.

5. Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a unique tracking code so you can follow its progress. You will receive the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the courier. In some cases, tracking information may take a few hours to become visible.

6. Important Information

  • Delivery address: please carefully check the details entered when placing your order. Casemiri is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
  • Holding and return to sender: if the courier is unable to complete delivery after the scheduled attempts, or if the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier, the shipment may be returned to the sender. In this case, we will contact you to arrange a possible new shipment. If the return is due to failure to collect the parcel, the recipient being unavailable, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided when placing the order, the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
  • Delays: weather conditions, public holidays, periods of high demand, customs checks or other circumstances beyond Casemiri’s control may affect delivery times. We will always do our best to assist you and provide any available information regarding your shipment.
